Thanks to all who were able to attend the program on October 3. This program was possible because of TechSoup, NetSquared, Charlotte County Tourism and Charlotte Arts. Check out a few of the resources discussed:
September is HUGE for NetSquared – our community has scheduled 166 events so far and the month isn't over yet! Let's build on the momentum by making sure your group has events scheduled for October and November too.
Here are a couple of notices about things coming up and some plans for the future. Take a look and let us know what you think. Bill and I are always keen to hear from NetSquared Wellington members about what you'd like to talk or learn about. We hope to see you soon.
We Can Help You Tell the Story of Your Nonprofit's Impact
TechSoup's annual Storymakers campaign launches September 5. We know that good stories power fundraising and marketing, so join one of our free events to discover powerful case studies and connect with digital storytelling experts in your community. If you don't have a local group (I can help fix that problem!) there's also free online guides and a global tweet chat October 5 using the hashtag #storymakers2017.
Here at TechSoup, we're big on stories. Effective storytelling means nonprofits can reach more people, touch more hearts, and create bigger impact.
TechSoup's NetSquared meetups will bring local nonprofits free digital storytelling workshops to more than 40 cities between August and October. Storymakers presents a unique opportunity to participate in storytelling education and capacity-building with a focus on using Adobe Spark to create social media graphics. The world is better when nonprofits can better tell their story.
