In November of 2012, Romila Barryman launched a research based campaign that gathered interviews and surveys of geographical and cultural issues of scholarship recipients on the island of Borneo, Indonesia. This NetSquared event delves into the basics of demographic analysis, and testing using lessons learned from the campaign.
Steve & Kat from Pull Focus Films delivered one-two knockout combo on great campaign film. Steve facilitated conversation around a variety of campaign films of various cause. Kat then followed with key tips to consider when making your campaign video.
Stephanie Michelle Scott, a specialist in engagement strategy at Wildfire Effect Media, guided Net2Van through a tour of her favorite tools and the path to finding the story archetype in your brand or organization.
This event was the first in a series of six monthly meetups hosted by NetSquared Vancouver focusing on the work of Community Managers. We will cover everything from strategy to practical tips between September 2013 and March 2014.
September is here and with it comes two new series of events:
Video for Nonprofits (8 events)
Community Management Forum (6 events)
These events aren’t going to be held on Tuesday, so it’s time to change our name to NetSquared Vancouver or “Net2Van”. But don’t worry: the packaging may be different but it’s the same great taste. :-)
