On June 17 NetSquared Vancouver partnered with Methodworks Consulting’s Jim Freer and Lawyer Maanit Zemel. The two of them provided a thorough introduction to what charities and nonprofits need to know about this legislation that goes into effect July 1, 2014.

Last month, the Portland #PDXTech4Good group held an event to celebrate nonprofit and social good groups in the Portland area. They asked the #PDXTech4Good community to nominate nonprofits and social good groups for their outstanding use of tech. Four weeks later they received 20 nominations for 19 remarkable groups and an overwhelming 500+ voting submissions!

Social Media September saw one of our busiest months for events being run in our Net2 community. We had over 48 events around the globe, that included lots of great webinars, tweet chats, presenters, panels, how to's and Social Media Surgery focused programs.
