NetSquared believes in the power of meeting face-to-face in physical space. Online learning is awesome (and TechSoup has got you covered), but a special magic is created when we get together in the same room and start building relationships.
NTEN’s annual Nonprofit Technology Conference (15NTC) is the major event for nonprofit technologists in North America. This year they expect 2,100 attendees that work in (or with) the nonprofit sector to come together in Austin from March 4–6. You should go. It’ll be fun!
Tomorrow would be our usual date for the PDXTech4Good meetup, but things didn't quite come together in time and so we've postponed that event for a later time. That means no PDXTech4Good event this Wednesday. However, that doesn't mean we don't have February event!
We've left it long enough - it's time to get back into regular learning at regular meet-ups.
I hope by now you'll have seen the notice for our first meetup on Tuesday 17 Feb. We've got two great presenters who will help us share stats in ways that are easily understandable, and even beautiful. RSPV to #dataviz meet-up
Who are NetSquared’s members? Why do they attend? What topics do they want? For the longest time we didn’t have an answer to these questions, which was frustrating. So last year we surveyed our event participants in Canada and the USA and learned that our members had needs surprisingly similar to the core TechSoup audience.
