Bailey will speak to ways you can optimize your video's reach, fine-tune your channel, and make people want to click on your video. 
 
We'll also hear from Kimberly Bryant, who is the Founder and Executive Director of Black Girls CODE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing girls of color (ages 7-17) to the field of technology and computer programming with a concentration on entrepreneurial concepts.
