 <title>Using mobile phones for two-way feedback in a distance education situation without the use of Internet</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Am doing research on how improved learning can be improved in the distance education mode in a developing country where there is limited access to Internet. Most developing countries have now a good mobile/cellular infrastructure as well as national television. These tools are used as part of the education delivery tools. Laboratory tests show promising results and now a project is underway to field test the system in Bangladesh.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
