Net2Con: Distributed Grassroots Marketing

I'm Sarah Pullman and I'm blogging live from the session on distributed grassroots marketing. The speakers are Elisa Camahort, Tara Hunt, Chris Messina, and it's being moderated by Marnie Webb. I'm definitely not catching everything and it won't all be totally correct but I hope you'll forgive me and find it useful anyway. :)

Elisa Camahort of BlogHer Conference

Speaks about how they made the website badge for BlogHer, and people totally took them and ran with them. Made up all kinds of spin-offs.

SXSW in Full Swing...

Hi. I'm Jennifer Schegel, Marketing Manager at Compumentor (home of TechSoup & NetSquared). I'm here at SXSW with Billy Bicket, Marshall Kirkpatrick, Edie Codel and others from the Net2 Community whom I look forward to meeting soon. I'll be posting some updates on this blog from the conference here in Austin.

On Friday we left the cold spell in SF and stepped off the plane into what was left of a 92-degree-day! We quickly found our way through the desert-like heat to Stubb's (http://www.stubbsaustin.com/) for serious, world-famous BBQ. Billy and the rest of the crowd chowed down on ribs with all the fixins', but being a vegetarian, I only observed the delight.
