In Firefox, there is a dropdown box that allows you to select different search engines and services such as Amazon, Wikipedia and many more.
Many other services are easily added by downloading an extension from the Mozilla site, such as the Twitter search tool.
This project will enable users to easily add a SocialActions search to their Firefox toolbar, giving them 24/7 access to the huge database at SocialActions.
The user has 2 options for searching: 1) using the search box or 2) highlighting terms and right clicking them in the browser. This will bring up a menu and with a simple click a new tab will be opened with SA search results for the highlighted text.

Re: Social Actions Search for Firefox
Hi Gary,
Thanks for adding this submission to the Change the Web Challenge project gallery. I look forward to continued discussion about this extension on the Social Actions Developers Google group. Also, please share updates here on NetSquared as you move closer to an initial prototype.
