Feedback on voting in N2Y3 mashup

I was just talking to Billy about my exereinces trying to vote in the challenge, my feedback is below:

It felt like a puzzle to find the voting at first, this was the process i had to click to vote from the email:

 1. http://www.netsquared.org/mashup
 2. http://www.netsquared.org/2008/conference/projects/vote
 3. http://www.netsquared.org/2008/conference/projects

And all those links were burried in pages, kinda hard to find.  It would have been nice to have just a link to the last page and big text at the top: "You can vote for up to 10 projects by clicking the red vote icon on each page."

I wassn't sure what the difference was between the red vote button, the + next to it, and the add to my ballot on the top left (are they all the same?)  And maybe put at the top of each mashup's page, 'Login or Create an account to Vote' since not everybody may realize that.  Would be helpful on rolling over/clicking a voting button.  Display it when not logged in, and prompt them that they must register.

Once I got past the navigating to the voting process, the layout was done very well.  I'm glad you kept it all on one page,  I just opened items that sounded interesting to me in new tabs.

Also, maybe you can put a big VOTING OPEN TILL MONDAY button on netsquared.org's homepage?
