Hello everyone!
My name is Tom and I'm going to be part of the team representing Knowmore.org at the Netsquared Conference. I've been volunteering for Knowmore.org since its creation in 2005, and I'm excited to meet everyone at the conference and share my enthusiasm about our project, the Knowmore.org Firefox Extension.
I've been going through a lot of corporate profiles on Knowmore lately, and helping out where I can to make sure the right data is available to our *ROCK STAR* development team. The problem is.. I've been looking at these profiles for so long, not leaving my house, and today I ran out of some basic essentials. So, I headed down to Target to pick up some supplies, so I could return and finish my work.
Something strange happened. First, it only started happening for a few products...

Do you see what I see?
Please tell me I'm not crazy, and that Knowmore company ratings are actually appearing on these products.

Sometimes, they blend into the product.

Sometimes, they appear on each individually packaged product.
WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

Ok, I admit it. It was me all along (with a really, really terrible photoshop job. gotta leave that to the professionals). But hey! Wouldn't it be nice if these corporate ratings appeared on every product that you bought?

Maybe it doesn't work like this in real life... but with our Firefox Extension, these ratings will appear whenever you search the name of a product, brand or company in Google. Additionally, whenever you end up on the website of a corporation that has concerns in the areas of Human Rights, Workers Rights, Political Influence, Environmental Issues or Business Ethics, a notification bar will appear with those concerns, and you can instantly click and Know More about that corporation.
I hope I haven't gone on too long for my first post! (I probably have) I'll see you all soon, and I'll leave by showing you that not all companies are created equal.

(Seventh Generation at Target!?!?! The times, they are a-changin'...)
