I like surveymonkey.com, great basic service for free excellent funtionality for paid service.

Survey monkey

Survey Monkey is easy to use and gets the job done without unnecesaary bells and whistles.

Govit is my favorite polling site :)

Check out Govit.com for best polling site. You can vote on active legislation and have your vote sent to your reps.
