net2 think tankNovember is full of thanks with Epic Change's TweetsGiving campaign and NTEN's Member Appreciation Month, plus much more.   The end of the year holidays are also a very popular time for organizations to send messages of thanks to donors, supporters, volunteers, and their wider community.   But, what are the best tools to use to deliver these messages; what's the best way to say Thanks! online? And maybe you have ideas about when to say it, too!

Which tools do you use? When do you say it? How do you pick the right medium for the message (and even how do you pick the message when there's so many options online)? Any great 'thank you' messages you've received that really made you feel good?
